油滤芯的材料是高精度滤纸。其作用是滤除润滑油中的金属颗粒、杂质等，使进入空压机主机的油是非常干净的，以保护主机的安全运行。油滤芯的使用寿命通常为2000小时，到期后应该予以更换，环境状况较差的应缩短使用时间。

The material of the oil filter core is a high precision filter paper. Its function is to filter the metal particles and impurities in the lubricating oil, so that the oil entering the main engine of the air compressor is very clean, in order to protect the safe operation of the host. The service life of the oil filter is usually 2000 hours. It should be replaced after the expiration, and the poor environment should shorten the use time.

 

油滤芯堵塞报警设定值通常为1.0-1.4bar，堵塞报警后应及时更换。堵塞后回油量不足会导致排气温度过高，缩短油和油分芯的使用寿命；回油不足主机润滑不足，导致主机寿命严重缩短；滤芯破损后未经过滤的含大量金属颗粒杂质的油进入主机，导致主机损坏。

The setting value of oil filter plug alarm is usually 1.0-1.4bar, and it should be replaced in time after blocking the alarm. 空滤芯的材料也是高精度滤纸。其作用是滤除吸入自然空气中的粉尘杂质，防止异物进入而损伤主机，并且吸入的空气越洁净则油滤芯、油分芯和润滑油的使用寿命就越有保障。空滤芯的使用寿命通常为2000小时，到期后应该予以更换，如果实际空气质量较好的可以根据滤芯实际状况延长，反之缩短使用时间。

The material of the air filter is also a high precision filter paper. Its function is to filter out the dust and impurities in the natural air, prevent foreign bodies from entering and damage the host, and the cleaner the air is, the better the service life of the oil filter element, the oil core and the lubricating oil will be ensured. The service life of air filter element is usually 2000 hours. After expiration, it should be replaced. If the actual air quality is good, it can be prolonged according to the actual condition of filter element, otherwise, the operation time is shortened.

 

空滤芯堵塞报警设定值通常为-0.05bar。堵塞后会使机组排气量不足，影响生产；滤芯压阻过大，机组负荷增大，主机寿命降低；机组实际压缩比增大，主机负荷增大，寿命缩短；滤芯破损导致异物进入主机，发生主机抱死甚至报废。

油分芯的材料是高精度玻璃纤维。其作用是分离压缩空气和油分，使得到的压缩空气更加洁净。油分芯的使用寿命通常为2000小时，到期后应予以更换。

堵塞报警设定值通常为0.8-1.0bar，堵塞后会使分离效率差，导致油耗量及压缩空气含油量大，影响后端净化设备的运行及用气设备不能正常工作；压阻增大，导致机组实际排气压力增大，机组耗能增加；失效后玻璃纤维过滤分离材料脱落进入油中，导致油滤芯寿命缩短及主机非正常磨损。
