谷轮涡旋压缩机涡旋盘损坏主要有三种情况:一是开机的瞬间有大量的制冷剂液体进人压缩机;二是蒸发器水流量不够(蒸发负荷减小)，压缩机有回液现象;三是机组热泵运行除霜不好，大量液体制冷剂没有蒸发就进人压缩机，或是四通阀换向瞬间蒸发器内的液体进人压缩机。解决液击或回液的问题，主要从以下几方面考虑。
There are three main situations: one is that there is a lot of refrigerant liquid into the compressor at the moment of opening; two is the insufficient water flow of the evaporator (the evaporation load is reduced), the compressor has the return liquid phenomenon; three is the defrosting of the unit heat pump, and a large number of liquid refrigerants are not evaporated into the compressor, or the four pass valve is changed to the evaporator in the instantaneous evaporator. The liquid enters a human compressor. To solve the problem of liquid blow or liquid return, it is mainly considered from the following aspects. 1、 开机前，对压缩机油池进行足够长时间预热可以有效避免大量制冷剂积存于压缩机润滑油中。对于防止液击也有一定作用。
1, before starting, the compressor oil pool can be preheated sufficiently for a long time, which can effectively avoid a large number of refrigerants accumulated in the compressor lubricants. It also has a certain effect on the prevention of liquid shock.
2、 管路设计上要避免开机时液态制冷剂进人压缩机，这可能需要对系统做过量回液试验，尤其是充注量比较大的制冷系统。在压缩机吸气口增加气液分离器是解决这个问题的有效办法，尤其是在采用逆循环热气除霜的热泵机组中。

3、 水系统流量保护不可缺少，这样当水流量不够时起到保护压缩机的作用，以免机组有回液现象或是严重时冻坏蒸发器。流量开关损坏时要及时进行修理或更换，切不可短接流量开关。
